Designing for Inclusion

Designing a more accessible and inclusive user experience.
The project focuses on understanding user difficulties and improving navigation through clear and user-centered solutions.

THE STORY

The project started from the need to better understand how different users interact with a website and where accessibility issues may appear. By analyzing user journeys, I identified key friction points and opportunities for improvement. The final outcome is a more accessible and user-friendly experience, designed to reduce barriers and improve usability for all users.

MY APPROACH

I created three different user personas with diverse needs to explore how accessibility impacts the user experience. I mapped the initial user journeys to identify actions, emotions and pain points during navigation. Based on these insights, I redesigned the user journeys to improve accessibility, simplify interactions and create a more inclusive experience
