iVegan User Testing
iVegan User Testing
This project is a user testing case study developed during my UX/UI training. The goal was to validate the usability of a mobile e-commerce (iVegan) by testing key user flows such as navigation, add to cart and checkout with real users. The project includes all main phases: planning, participant recruitment, test execution and data analysis to generate actionable insights.

Testing design decisions with real users.
The project focuses on observing user behavior, collecting feedback and improving the overall shopping experience.
MY Approach
I conducted a moderated remote usability test to understand how users interact with the mobile prototype. I planned the study, defined tasks, recruited participants and moderated the sessions via Zoom. During the test I collected both quantitative data (task success rate, time on task, drop-off rate) and qualitative feedback. After that, I analyzed the results and translated insights into design improvements.
THE Story
The project started with the need to validate a mobile e-commerce experience before development. During testing, some key flows like checkout showed usability issues and longer completion times. User feedback helped identify pain points and improve the overall experience, making the interface more intuitive and user-friendly.
