Complete UXUI Case Study
Eprice Website Redesign – UX/UI Case Study
From research to validated design decisions
This project is a complete UX/UI case study developed during my UX/UI Master. The goal was to redesign the Eprice website by improving usability, clarity and user experience through a structured, user-centered design process. The project covers all key phases of a digital product design, from research and analysis to wireframing, prototyping and user testing.

Designing with a user-centered mindset
The redesign focuses on solving real user problems by combining research insights with clear design decisions.
Every design choice was guided by user needs, usability principles and continuous validation.
MY APPROACH
I followed an end-to-end UX/UI process, starting from user research to understand goals, behaviors and pain points. I defined the target users, created surveys and analyzed insights to build user journeys and identify key usability issues. Based on the research, I worked on information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma. After conducting usability testing, I collected feedback and transformed insights into concrete design improvements. This iterative approach allowed me to validate design decisions and refine the final solution.
THE STORY
The project started from the analysis of the existing Eprice website, which presented usability issues and complex navigation flows. Users often struggled to find products quickly, understand information hierarchy and complete key actions efficiently. The redesign aimed to simplify the experience, reduce cognitive load and create a more intuitive and accessible interface. By combining research, testing and iteration, the project evolved into a more user-friendly and coherent digital experience.
